Pros
In my multiple roles with this company, I moved up quickly. From IHA to an Onsite Supervisor and was given a chance to learn the Recruiting side. That was my favorite role. Being able to help candidates find work and seeing them progress from temp associate to getting hired permanently with a company would make my day. Speaking with candidates and helping them through the hiring process became a honed skill that was recognized by management. In turn, I was a go-to for training new Recruiters. I truly did love this position and hearing the gratitude in a candidate's voice when getting them a job was the cherry on top.
Cons
The ONLY con I have about this company is the lack of communication, and it probably wasn't even company-wide. But the department I was in most recently, was not great with transparency. Three rounds of sudden lay-offs in three years.
