Pros
Flexible hours, can choose projects to accept, mileage is compensated if far enough. Management is really nice and understanding. Good group of people to work with.
Cons
Not conducive for working full time or earning a lot of money. I feel the services provided can be a bit controversial, ie. getting failing kids to pass the CAHSEE simply to push them along.
