Adelman as a whole really focuses on employee engagement and satifisations. Management is invested in our well being and consistently looking for areas to improve.

Really not much to say here. My experience has been amazing

salary was good, remote work allowed

Just needed people in the seat to get the job done and catch up on support and customer service tickets. Lack of training by dept heads.
