No cons i can think of!

Staff and team members were great. Majority of management, all of administrative and executive staff were excellent resources

Bad circumstance, I was paired to someone who was a poor manager. Before the chain of command was established we got along great. Once they were over me, it all fell apart. I took PTO for medical reasons and while I was supposed to be off recovering, this manager constantly called me to handle things rather than handle them himself. I changed positions to get out from under him which didn't resolve the issue and ended up resigning. I made my own mistakes but mamy small issues were compounded by a poor team leader and it created undue stress, some hostility, and me feeling backed into a corner with no way out and no one to listen objectively at the end. So I made the choice to leave.
