Pros
Excluding executives, good fun smart people to work with. CFO Brian Hogan is awesome. Nice patch of grass in front. Lots of windows. Regular trash pickups and although COO uses profanity and screams at employees he’s too weak to be any physical threat.
Cons
COO Stewart Abbot: Garbage. He uses profanity and screams at employees with impunity. He's in way over his head and is always looking for scapegoats. He routinely humiliates employees in meetings to cover his lack of understanding, knowledge and his general lack of intelligence. He conducts himself with none of the values he expects employees to conduct themselves with. Quite the opposite, he is full of fear, not collaborative, and totally unaccountable. He disappears for days on end (he lives in San Diego) going to conferences sitting on panels pimping himself out looking for consulting work. Additionally, I was told by him to hide negative information from my reports to keep them motivated. In summation; COO Stewart Abbot: Garbage. My former manager: Garbage. This joker keeps his employees busy doing secret projects unknown to senior management. He does this hoping to hit a home run so this sycophant can impress Stewart Abbot. He keeps his employees in the dark from events outside their groups as a way to hide just how much he’s using people to drive his means justify the ends quest for power. Using people is amoral, and although there is no justice in this world, one can only hope in this case. Don’t believe any positive reviews listed here.
