Pros
The patients are wonderful and the area is beautiful. Many of the staff care deeply about doing a good job and work very hard to help patients. The benefits are ok for the area.
Cons
The leadership is kind of weak. They let certain doctors get away with things like yelling at nurses and bullying. It's really bad and the nurses are afraid to say anything. I get that it's really hard to recruit to the area, but even when a really good doctor gets there, they don't know how to keep them. And they don't know how to get rid of the bad doctors. It's also revolving door. Unfortunately it's just a mediocre place. Nothing particularly special about this place. The worst part is people will stab each other in the back and management doesn't know how to discipline. If management doesn't like you, then they overreact to the smallest things.
