Pros
Had an awesome and supporting boss,the best reason to work with ABFRL. Well as you know you do not leave your organization, you only leave your boss, this for sure is not true in my case till the time I was there in the company is all because of my immediate boss.
Cons
I wasn't able to give time for myself, no work-life balance. Also being at executive level, I felt the store staffs were not given any break from the job,they should be taken out for outings, plan activities which involve entire team, top management should consider closing the store at least for a day in 2-3 months so that their store staff can come back to work with a bang. This will affect your sales for sure, but what is better- reducing attrition rate and achieving sales targets or high attrition rate with dropping sales. you can never cut down your costs and try to achieve targets in a retail industry, where manpower is the key driver of the business. PS: Please take this into consideration,in the welfare of blue collar workers of retail industry.
