Poor leadership at senior and mid level Toxic work culture, Org. politics matters Very hierarchical & rigid Outdated practices Lack of substance in work content and assigned projects Corrupt & quite exploitative (worrisome but not very surprising)

Excellent learning , exposure and learnings.

1.No quality checks in projects 2.Random allocation of projects ,unfair at times 3.Way too many people in the system and very few good quality projects. 4.No support for the LP. Always will side with the management or business 5.Very last minute allocations , unnecessary stress 6.pay is lower compared to other programs 7. Very little leaves
