      good ppl, supportive, good clients

      Cons

      I would say management is confused among them, no transparency between the employees and CEO, COO and CTO. They hide many things whatever happened with the older clients and many disputes, Salary is not that good. CEO will tell something else and COO will give some other things

      Information and learning is less, emphasis should be given to quality and work rather than number of working hours. There should be workshops and certifications for learners
