Pros
At this point, I can't think of any to be honest. The most things that look like pros are just gimmick offerings that are made up to make company look good.
Cons
Fake short shifts on Sat Sundays (You still work 7.5 hours and only thing thats missing is your proper break)
Termination witout notice on petty misuse issues like code usage, didn't happen with me but happened with at least 5 colleagues i knew.
The company will terminate you most likely when your shares are about to mature at 3 years.
Toxic work culture and zero empathy, you are ill- work, you are dead- work.
Getting leaves is next to impossible due to slow working hanging portal.
Take one unplanned leave even if you are sick and you will loose your bonus.
Manager-Team Managers are just pure BS people in this organisation, they don't care for employees at all but are pretty sweet sounding on face.
