Pros

If the manager is good there will be no micro-management. Company policy is very well planned by the Management. It's just some Manager who make life miserable sometimes but if you got a good Manager then your life will be chill. You can apply leave by your own if available, it has not to be approved from Manager always. Only in special cases, you've to ask from your manager for leave.

Cons

There is a capping on salary at one position. For Customer Service Specialist the max salary they can reach us 6.5LPA which is low if we compare it with market. Only shares will grow not salary in that case.

Pros

At this point, I can't think of any to be honest. The most things that look like pros are just gimmick offerings that are made up to make company look good.

Cons

Fake short shifts on Sat Sundays (You still work 7.5 hours and only thing thats missing is your proper break) Termination witout notice on petty misuse issues like code usage, didn't happen with me but happened with at least 5 colleagues i knew. The company will terminate you most likely when your shares are about to mature at 3 years. Toxic work culture and zero empathy, you are ill- work, you are dead- work. Getting leaves is next to impossible due to slow working hanging portal. Take one unplanned leave even if you are sick and you will loose your bonus. Manager-Team Managers are just pure BS people in this organisation, they don't care for employees at all but are pretty sweet sounding on face.
