Pros
I've been part of the company for almost a year now and I can say that it is one of the best, if not the best, team I've worked on. Everyone on the team is genuine, truly supportive, and always open to lending a helping hand no matter how busy they are. Everyone also loves animals and is excited about the mission of finding forever homes for homeless pets, which is another plus. Leadership is also amazing in that there is a lot of transparency with what's going on, and they are always approachable and very welcome to feedback. It's a breath of fresh air to be working for a tech company who truly puts its mission first before anything else, and treats its employees very well. I've loved every minute of working here, and though we are all remote, I feel very closely connected to the team because of the great team structure and communication!
Cons
A lot of cute animal pictures and videos are sent on the Slack channel, which can be quite distracting (jk, this is totally not a con!)
