NONE, if like like working long hours, been unappreciated, and expected to do the work of 3 people its a great place to work.
Cons
Too many to list, management looks to get rid of anyone for any reason. 14-16 hours a day 7 days a week is the normal work expectations and to be be ready to come in at a moments notice even after working those hours.
