- Room for growth - Communicative - Innovative The staffing office works diligently to gather your needs and match you to the appropriate job. After being contacted by their staffing specialist, they were prompt and communicative on the process. During the interview process it was one of the longest I have experienced but I felt it provided me with enough information to know whether I wanted to work with their organization. They are transparent about their future goals and where they find they can improve. The time they invest in their employees is evident and their hopes for establishing themselves as a good employer in Virginia.
Cons
- Distance (not much they can do about that, but no one enjoys driving down 95!) Overall, very excited about working for this organization.
