      Pros

      Access to decent food trucks, work is not difficult.

      Cons

      Stop process. It's full encouraged while on daylight when safety is here. But don't try to use it otherwise. Salary will challenge you asking if you're refusing to work and insinuate you'll be fired for refusing to do a job.

      Experience through the entire FEL process as a Project Engineer, ability to work with all employees including operators, engineers, management, and board. Flexible schedule.

      Cons

      Extremely fast paced, less room for learning since the premise of projects is to get it done ASAP.
