      Work from home 3 days per week

      Cons

      No training. Not even any SOPs Unprofessional Manager with a nasty disposition. Accountants must work in a depressing industrial environment. 5 of 7 staff members resigned within my short, 3 months tenure. I resigned within 3 months

      Experience through the entire FEL process as a Project Engineer, ability to work with all employees including operators, engineers, management, and board. Flexible schedule.

      Cons

      Extremely fast paced, less room for learning since the premise of projects is to get it done ASAP.
