Good PTO. Co-workers great to work with. Interesting variety of tasks with usually fair amount of time given to complete them in.

Could pay better. Upper management needs restructuring.

The PTO policy is good (15 days/year to start, increasing starting at year 2) Work is low-stress, with opportunities to work on many different projects The company events are fun and the CEO works hard to make sure that there is a positive work environment

Pay is VERY low compared to other positions in the area (for the rank and file... management makes a lot more money) There's a lot of in-fighting between departments People (especially management) are hired based on their personal relationship to the C-suite rather than merit Lots of people don't do much at work, leading to a culture of laziness
