Pros
Work from home allowed. People are friendly. No overtime. Allows healthy life balance. Frequent changes keeps your mind active. Experience multiple systems. Supportive teams, you get to walk to a rep or trainer and they’re willing to help you resolve issues unfamiliar to you. Most leads/supervisors/managers are very supportive.
Cons
Micromanagement discourage innovation and quality service. Training and guidelines are not consistent; get ready to learn by trial and error. Clients already do not trust you on first call so it takes time to build trust with client to handle their system. No yearly salary increases or bonuses. You’ll have to really work to get an increase. Favoritism exists.
