Pros
The people I worked with on a daily basis were awesome. I think it takes dedicated people to stick around in that environment.
Cons
Mid- to upper management are clueless, unable to plan, unwilling to hear feedback, and create a super toxic environment. Also HR is there to support management, not anyone else.
