Bad Company - CNC Machinist Advanced Laser Employee Review

Advanced Laser is the most family-oriented company I have ever worked for. The care, flexibility, and respect this company has shown is incredible. From sickness, to car problems, to busy schedules; the staff understands and works their hardest to cover and help with whatever they can in a time of need. Any questions or confusion that I had was immediately taken care of with a simple question and kind response from a coworker. The response time and approachable employees made working in the office something I would look forward to every week. The building has a beautiful and clean layout that is easy to maneuver through and being greeted by a lovely front desk staff makes any visitor feel welcome. The light-hearted, energetic and professional workplace is unlike any other job I have had. Throughout my internship I have been shown the highest level of respect, pay and flexibility; even allowing me to work remotely when summer living plans fell through in the area. Advanced Laser has allowed me to expand on my creative ideas for the company, and supported me the entire way through. There is truly a role for everyone in the company, at all different levels of experience. I give my highest recommendations and compliments to this company and would encourage anyone to apply!

Balancing school and other projects as an intern was difficult when in office during busy times of the year; however, they were very flexible as to when I would need to be on site and would adjust to conference calls and remote zoom meetings when needed!

Executive management team not only promotes change but they actively support change. Focused on quality to the customer Concern for employees is obvious - the time and effort spent on creating AFFORDABLE health care is amazing, especially for a company of this size. The CFO worked towards (and won an award) and partnered with other local companies to create a Center for Health and Wellness that offers limited medical and physical therapy services for extremely affordable pricing. This is above and beyond the "normal" health benefits. I am proud to be a part of a company who actively shows concerns for their employees.

Change is difficult for some employees
