Pros
This company is great! They provide benefits and are easy going. If you know what you are doing and put in a decent effort then there is a lot of room for growth and autonomy. The bad reviews do not do this company justice. Definitely the best company I have worked for so far.
Cons
It is a small company which can mean the resources are not the same as with a large company. Not much of a con but it can be if you are looking for a Google HQ environment.
