      Pros

      Everyone's really friendly and there's some great perks like an essentials stocked kitchen and free access to a big onsite gym. Hard work is rewarded well financially and the company is starting to grow internationally, so everyones excited about the opportunities that will come with that in the next three years.

      Cons

      It's fully onsite working which isnt for everyone. But there is flexibility to work from home when you need it and the directors are really supportive for anyone having any personal difficulty.

      Free tea /coffee /fruit /bread /crisps

      Cons

      Not a lot of opportunity for commission. Expensive product, very niche. Not easy to generate new business due to this. External sales trainer was probably the worst person I have ever met. Learned nothing from them the entire time I was there. Micromanagement is constant Completely inflexible. Expected unpaid overtime. Judged quality of work by the amount of time you were sat at your desk. Mandatory lunch break at 1pm

      Pros

      When I started, the company was already in transition to a more modern business model. There has been a change in management in certain areas, the work is exciting and modern, and there are now excellent opportunities for professional growth and development.

      Cons

      Currently, the business is fully onsite, but there is the flexibility to work from home when needed. Hopefully, that will change in the near future.
