Pros
Advanced Solutions has some really good people working for them. Their offices are nice and relatively new. Their family of tech companies offers a wide variety of revenue streams.
Cons
Unfortunately, the upper management has very unrealistic expectations of their employees. It seems that the normal behavior is to hire good people, treat them horribly, watch them leave, and repeat. There is very low morale across all employees. The CEO has his fingers in too many parts of the company causing lots of bottlenecks. And don't expect any internal promotions unless you're friends with the CEO.
