Pros
From 1991 to 2016 were privately owned & operated and they seemed to care for each and everyone of their employees. Took great pains to make sure their staff were well suited to the positions they held and were on a career path that maintained long-term employment with ASI.
Cons
In 2016 ASI took on minority investors and stakeholders, and in a very short time allowed them too much power in the way things were run in too many aspects of their operations.
