monolith architecture on a full legacy tech stack (webforms, .NET web Api 2) is a concern for those seeking opportunity for growth in their career, management should prioritize some path for migrating to modern replacements for older technologies, otherwise developers who are not locked into the company for life will continue to be anxious about whether they're developing a skillset competitive and relevant with the market
