Not happy - Anonymous employee Advanced Technology Logistics Employee Review

This company doesn't care for their employees. They don't communicate with them and don't respond to them. They can't even bother to send a lousy holiday card either through email or regular mail and can't even respond to an an email about being bed ridden and not able to work. The Leadership claims to be all good but hasn't shown me that. They have shown me that all they care about is looking good on paper and getting paid. Nothing about actually caring about the person doing the work. no compassion for workers. During hurricane season they made us take leave or leave without pay to cover the days the hurricane hit. They didn't even bother to call or email to check on our well being after the hurricane.
