Regarding PTO, employees accrue paid time off based on the hours they work. This ensures that time off is earned fairly and in proportion to the work done by all team members. ATR offers three different types of PTO — some require advance notice to ensure coverage, while others can be used with little to no notice, depending on the situation. This structure is designed to provide both flexibility and consistency, allowing employees to take the time they need while ensuring that operations remain supported. We also want to note that safety and organization are priorities across our facilities. Forktrucks and all other vehicles undergo required daily inspections, and when mechanical issues arise, they are repaired or replaced as needed to maintain a safe and reliable work environment. Additionally, ATR allocates time each day for employees to clean and organize their work areas, ensuring that warehouses remain safe, clean, and efficient.
