Pros
Very professional and communicative recruiters who will really try to get you the best position and compensation package. They were able to negotiate higher hourly pay and reimbursement for commuting costs than another company I have worked with. Everyone from the benefits, time keeping, payroll, and my recruiter were extremely accessible and responsive. I always felt they were advocating for me.
Cons
They have a clause in their contracts that prevents the site you're contracted with (school/hospital/long term care facility) from hiring you directly within 12 months of the contract ending. SO, if you really like a site and decide you want to stay there permanently, this is not possible without the site buying you out of your contract, which no school or non-profit is going to be willing or able to do. Be very careful with this. Also, this company has very little experience contracting with schools so you will need to do a lot of explaining and legwork yourself in the beginning of the contract to both parties.
