      Ability to learn new skills and work with an amazing medical team

      Pay is based on levels list only, no raises once you are leveled out. Can be high stress environment with very difficult clients

      Owners truly care about their staff. Owners are invested in seeing their staff grow and develop their skills. Patient care is very good. Team is like a family

      Pros

      Good protocols and SOP. Soda fountain for staff.

      Cons

      Management that doesn't listen well. Pay is low for the area. Many Doctors are difficult to get along with. No Bonus and small raises. Little to no training for advancement and skill building; even when advocating for yourself. Insurance is quite expensive for so so coverage.
