If you are looking for a company that cares for their clients and employees this is the place for you. They actively demonstrate company values and it is very refreshing. Work culture is great. Lot's of fun folks at this company. They try to get together a few times a year for build morale.
Cons
Like any in-home company, no pay if a client cancels. It is an hourly position unless you work in the center.
