Pros
None I can think of.
Cons
First thing that should raise a candidate’s eyebrow is the antagonist feedback posted below. As someone who worked there, I can tell you that the negative reviews are written by former employees, while the positive ones are most likely written by the management. During the interview, they promise trainings, but none is provided. They paint a nice picture about a happy and enjoyable place to work, but this is just a story. The place actually feels like a prison cell, where everybody is busy, unhappy and without any real career advancement opportunities. They are recruiting mostly young foreigners, without experience, to pay them as little as possible and to make sure they don’t know their rights given by British Law. The employees work hard and feel trapped because they need to pay the bills.
