      Patient's are unaware of the companies motives and unfairness. If they knew they wouldn't return.

      Cons

      Family Owned Business. Worst company to ever be employed with. They pay on the 1st and 15th of month by paper checks. You can't get check till end of the day@5:00 pm. Stand in line like a kid to beg for your check

      Pros

      During Covid-19 last year the company's CEO sent out weekly updates to all clients regarding status. This helped relieve a lot of pressure.

      Cons

      Some of our staff were furloughed because our work volumes were down. This was caused because our clients also had tremendous shortages in statements that needed to be sent. The company Paid all their health care cost while they were out and before they came back. It was sad to see some of these people not around but it was good that they were taken care of at least health wise.
