Policies seem to unoficially change, without notice High turnover rate in HR or other offices, make dealing with problematic employees a nightmare Hours are very long Appreciation is limited, and deal out in an offhand manner Salary is very low, compared to simiar positions Bonuses are difficult to achieve Club managers (not employed by ASM), are extremely often extrememly difficult to work with, and ASM does not seem interested in holding them to their contract obligations; only interested in adhering to our contract, even if it compromises safety, integrity, and home life of employees.
