Business unit-level teams are usually very committed to their work and they support each other even as the broader business doesn’t invest in them.
Cons
On-going senior executive turnover weakens credibility internally and externally. Chronic lack of basic business tools/ resources drives mediocre performance compared to potential. Compensation lags the market by 20-30% and business tools and processes are obsolete. Yet, employees are committed to each other and their clients/customers.
