Pros
They always care for you whether that be accommodating your own problems, training, etc. There is a fantastic atmosphere within the office, everyone is always friendly and Advantex only hire people who are very passionate about the job and will get along well with us all, and are able to have a laugh etc. Everyone is a family and even go out on nights out together, trips to Newcastle Racecourse, BBQs
Cons
Sometimes they have a high staff turnover but that is until they find the right member of staff for the job and then they stay because you'd be mad not to.
