      Pros

      My coworkers were absolutely great! Everyone got along well and we interacted with each other frequently, even though we were located in different regions of the US.

      Cons

      The product quality was inconsistent. Depending on the application, the equipment would either work great, or have to be closely monitored. That was difficult for sales.

      Pros

      Great people, You are surrounded with some great talent. You are always given the opportunity to share your vision and run with it.

      Cons

      Management has little business experience which has hurt the growth of the company. I don't see Advantix in it's current form surviving 2015.
