      Hybrid work option or remote work

      Cons

      If you work hybrid you have to use your own equipment, and thier equipment is old/out dated. Only 8 holidays when the market offers 12-13, some employers offer up to 17. It doesn't feel like the employee is valued, we just bodies in chairs processing work.

      Pros

      This company offers a lot of great benefits and has an incredibly healthy workplace culture! There are so many kind people working here and everyone has a team mentality. So far I have enjoyed everyday while working here!

      Cons

      There aren't many cons I've seen working for this company; however, I suppose one would be that it's a bit of a struggle getting to know different departments because there are so many people working throughout. At least that can be resolved over time!
