Pros

good insurance, clean grounds, bright with natural light in most waiting rooms

Cons

Stressful place to work for staff and Doctors caused by management. Lower management are sneaks in the grass, middle management provides no support the newer employees, the promote from within without posting the position and the people they promote because of seniority not education and ablity. My experience: The longer you've been employeed the more believable your lie is. I work with a smile all day long, keep patients happy, working with quality and pride to only be blacked balled by the coworkers that are cheating the clock. The sadiest thing, the Director turns a blind eye and a deft ear to valid complaints.

Pros

I worked with Advent Health back in 2003, At Sunbelt, Across from Florida Hospital on Rollins before the expansion and the current car garage was built. My Skilled Nursing Facility and Rehab was there in that location before the expiration, Advent was a wonderful company to work for, and when I had to separate from them it was very hard to do, I loved my work with the peoplel and the patients.

Cons

It was hard to work in a older facility that was not as up to date as many of the others. Even though we were right next to Florida Hospital and we were their immediate rehab facility of discharge choice, especially when there was respiratory therapy involved.
