There is zero sense of security, clinical has little to any idea what they are doing most of the time, nurses and techs are sleeping with my staff, and the good staff we had last year all went to Med Star for better pay, culture, and management. The security team has low low low low morale with certain officers being clicky. The real quality officers we do hire who do their job and actually care to protect clinical staff and patients get cold-shoulder from coworkers and management, overworked because others don't do their job, become disgruntled because of unfairness, and get let go or leave for something better. There is no culture or comraderie but high schoolers and nitpickers who will try to get you fired. This place is a dumb...RUN!!!
