Pros
Some genuinely nice people who are pleasant to work with. Fully remote with a fair level of flexibility. Good training opportunities.
Cons
Pretends to be friendly and approachable but, when it comes to it, you are still just a number and they have no issues in total fabrications being used rather than being upfront about a working situation. Would personally avoid it you’re looking for fair collaboration and a genuine say in creative input, or to be able to trust what you’re being told by colleagues and management without sudden nasty surprises.
