Pros
- great people (engaged with company growing) besides being friendly with new hires - great perks and events, so almost every month there are super funny events which let people more close even working from home (its a hard task to engage employees to be close even from WFH) - open to new ideas and to listen different perspectives - one of the most valuable fintech companies
Cons
- the compensation is poor. If you dont “bid” your salary likely they will propose a lower offer to you. - no bonuses or variable payments, the panthom share they promise is peanuts for the employee (mainly for non Europeans) - performance review isnt clear, people dont receive feedbacks and they just know the final result of their performance which can be low or high, but neither ones implies of increase salary - its really tough to get increase salary - promotions/ambitious - if you showed to be an ambitious person who wants to grow and get more responsibilities, salary increase and etc, this might be seen as “non aligned with Adyen formula” which means you need to work for love.
