Toxic environment especially within Merchant Operations / AML - turnover is incredibly high, many people leave after a few months or sometimes within first weeks after realizing what they got themselves into - no foresight, planning or adequate training. Lack of organization is framed as “fintech mentality” - managers lack management skills, bow down to the pressure from above without resistance - analysts seem to be treated like disposables, the company relies heavily on external contractors with no intention to keep them.
