Pros

Generous boss. Willing to give opportunities. Stocked pantry Plenty of food nearby *Great and helpful colleagues

Cons

HIGH turnover. Tells you all you need to know. Paycuts NOT in contract - BEWARE LOTS of last-minute communication/work/changes Would be bonded to company if you choose to take a company phone/laptop (ridiculous) *One not so nice person in finance. Bootlicker and acts as if she's the boss.

Pros

this place keeps you on your toes and makes you learn things quickly. if you're unsure, colleagues will help, but not spoon-feed, so the onus is still on you to learn the ropes quickly and efficiently. operations are lean here, so everyone in the company wears many hats. don't be surprised if you're asked to do or assist with something that's not in your traditional scope, take it as an opportunity to learn more about something that isn't under your usual purview. the boss has an open door policy, if you want to suggest something to him and can justify why it is beneficial to your work, your colleagues or to the office at large, and with a reasonable cost, he would actually implement it. plus point, the pantry is always stocked with snacks and drinks aplenty. access to the office is always available if you need to come back for any reason, even in the dead of the night. company vehicles can be borrowed on weekends (with justification) if you need to use it for personal reasons.

Cons

a lean team can mean quite the workload, which means a fair amount of stress. good time management is definitely a necessity here. sometimes, messages can get lost (either in translation or in the moment) due to the sheer volume of activity. communication in the office can definitely be improved and worked upon as it will become an even bigger problem down the road.
