I liked working closely with patients everyday.
Cons
Staff were stretched so thin that burnout was almost guaranteed. They kept adding tasks without adjusting schedules, leaving no room for quality care. Supervisors would criticize minor mistakes while ignoring how unreasonable the workload had become. It felt like the people making decisions never spent even a day doing our jobs.
