I have never felt compelled to write a negative review of any employer, because I think its crappy to go negative on someone who paid your salary. It has been hearing all the painful stories from ex-coworkers that finally compelled me to put out a word of warning, in the interest of fairness, to anyone considering working here. I've never experienced a more miserable, unfulfilling and dissonant working situation in my life. There is this kind of insane distortion of reality that grinds on you. Instead of letting smart people build a great product, it is micro-management and intimidation on a scale that is hard to wrap your head around. I learned the hard way that there is apparently no real interest in solving business problems, scaling and creating value -- its all about optics and attracting the next round of investment. I'm just saddened to see so many truly hardworking and honest people used up and jettisoned, especially since the product could have been so great. Heartbreaking. Just don't.
