Benefits and time off are sub par, even when time off was scheduled months in advance problems would arise days before leaving because some positions have zero backup. No sick time means you're expected to work through sickness or burn the small amount of PTO you have. You're expected to always go above and beyond your own duties but rarely do these employees get recognized for their efforts.
