I'm not sure who the former employee is that wrote this - but let me clarify. We actually have a 90 day probationary period - with the purpose of training for 2 weeks, learning the business, and becoming acclimated to a new career. We definitely DO NOT require or even expect a "big sale" in the first 90 days. That's nonsense.
In addition, our turnover rate is extremely low. We've hired approximately 45 people over the past 3 years and only 6 of them are not with us any longer - and 2 of them simply had to move across the country and couldn't work for us any longer.
We take special care to have an environment people enjoy working in every day and seek to promote the best people. We've had two group functions in just the past month with employees and their significant others to show our appreciation. Nothing we do is "shady" and we do not make empty promises or engage in underhanded practices. I suppose an ex employee may be a little upset for one reason or another but not knowing his or her situation, I can't really address specifics regarding that.
The simple truth is, if I was looking for a fun job with limitless potential, growth and a great environment - this is the company I'd be searching for.
