      Decent benefits and good people to work with overall

      Management is too driven by pre-conceived notions to get to the root cause of issues. Employees are treated like replaceable parts for a machine.

      Was small, and very accessible as far as the whole company, departments, CEO, and direct communication.

      Cons

      Very little. We got bought by Scotts Miracle Gro and got pushed out due to Covid Policies.
