I want to thank you for bringing these items of concern to our attention. We believe that Aeronet, founded over 35 years ago, has a strong core culture based upon Integrity, Commitment and Passion for our clients and associates. What started out as a family-owned business has expanded into an international business staffed with respected industry veterans. Many associates have been with the company for many years. However, we truly value your opinion and will definitely work towards improving our relationships throughout our organization. We understand the value in people and the part we all play in servicing our clients. We also understand that sometimes things go wrong but we do everything we can to make them right. As part of our corporate culture we have an Ethics Hot Line where anyone can submit a complaint or concern anonymously where it can be addressed and communicated back to the filer. It is disappointing to me that we lost a valuable person but also that you did not bring this to my attention since on numerous occasions I’ve personally spoken with you on the telephone and in person and I asked you about your work conditions and your work environment and you didn’t make me aware of your dissatisfaction. We wish you the best in your future and again we appreciate you alerting us to these concerns.
