Okay, so I am disappointed to read this and I’m honestly sad to hear you didn't enjoy your time at Affecto. I do disagree with most of what you say, but I guess it comes down to personal experiences.
As a small, independent recruitment agency, I think we offer a supportive environment where people are encouraged to take responsibility and challenge themselves (after all no one likes to be micro-managed) but in return, we do expect people to do just that and not 'expect' rewards (over and above commission) before they're earnt.
We invest a lot of time and resource into our team from team incentives (in fact we've just smashed our Q3 stretch target so we have a real treat for the team coming up) to personality profiling to help make sure our people are in the right positions to make a real positive impact (not just for the business but for them professionally).
Finally, we’ve recognised that not everyone can succeed in a 360 capacity, therefore we established ‘Delivery’ and 'Client' Teams allowing people with skills on either side of the recruitment cycle to flourish. To acknowledge the importance of both teams to the overall success of the business, we also upgraded our commission structure to increase everyone’s earning potential.
